Ive tried countless times to order different games using xiha coins. the order is accepted, and it says "waiting for payment" on my games page. after a couple of days (sometimes more than a week) "waiting for payment" disappears, and I still havent recieved any game code. WHY??
I have written to you about this problem earlier, and I would highly appriciate a solution to my problem.
